GTA Consultants is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Want to the role of Regional Head for New South Wales.
Rebecca is a highly experienced transport executive who has provided strategic leadership across some of NSW’s largest infrastructure and transport projects.
With over 20 years’ experience across both public and private sectors, Rebecca has an extensive background in all aspects of the project lifecycle: business case development, customer strategy, design and program management, as well as construction.
Previously the Director of Customer Strategy on the Sydney Metro, Rebecca was accountable for placing the customer at the centre of the delivery program and implementing a customer-centric approach.
Rebecca has a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Engineering Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Engineering. The breadth of education coupled with Rebecca’s industry experience will be a major benefit to GTA’s project, client and business undertakings.

With Rebecca’s appointment, GTA would also like to formally acknowledge the outgoing NSW Regional Head, Steve Enticott, for his exceptional work over recent years. Steve brought incredible knowledge and experience to the Sydney office and has been an important asset for our entire business.
Steve will now focus on leadership of major projects, based in Queensland.
