Graduate Program Details
With our foundations built on graduate recruitment and training,
GTA Consultants undertakes an on-going and active graduate
recruitment and professional development program.
Our Graduate Program is an important part of the employment
process. You will initially go through a formal induction program
to prepare
for the corporate environment. Once you have entered the
workplace, you will undergo a Team Rotation Scheme undertaking
a number of roles and tasks and work under various management
teams for a period of 18 months to 2 years.
This is how we offer the best exposure to all aspects of projects
undertaken. We also offer a Professional Development
Program in partnership with Engineers Australia. We support and
encourage further post graduate studies, with flexibility of work
hours around exam times.
